Gerald Todd Clark, Founder

A CPA by training and experienced entrepreneur, Gerald T. (Todd) Clark is the founder of My Space Self Storage, building a portfolio of over ten operating properties, two under construction, and several in the pipeline with a combined value exceeding $48 Million. He also owns twenty-six ServiceMaster franchises generating over $2.3 Million in annual revenue, contributing to a personal financial profile of over $32 Million in equity and more than $5 Million in liquidity, with the vast majority of his debt structured as non-recourse. Todd maintains full P&L responsibility and active, hands-on oversight of daily operations—regularly visiting each facility—and serves as the ultimate decision-maker directing all portfolio management, financial performance, and expansion strategies for the My Space teams.

Gary Gerrits, General Manager

Gary has been involved in the development, construction and management of self-storage properties for over 25 years. He has a broad-based knowledge of the industry and visits each operating property monthly or more frequently. He oversees budget and performance aspects of the My Space portfolio and makes recommendations to the Founder for new acquisitions, expansions, remodeling and other aspects of the business.

Michael Clark, Project Manager

Mike and his team oversee the construction of new facilities, expansions and remodels.

Sydney Clark, Architect

With a Masters Degree in Architecture for the University of Detroit, Mercy, Sydney and her team produce site plans and architectural renderings for new facilities, expansions and remodels.

Javier Morales, Maintenance Manager

Javier and his team are tasked with any repairs or maintenance issues that arise at any facility on a daily basis.

Judy Zabik, Controller

With her Masters of Accounting, Judy oversees the accounting and reporting functions of the Founder’s businesses. In addition to paying bills and producing financial statements, she also has significant involvement in the management of third-party vendors and the budget process.
