My Space Self Storage has purchased the property and buildings located at 1321 W. Jolly Road in Lansing, MI. Storage Builders, LLC is scheduled to begin construction in late summer of 2026, with completion targeted for early summer of 2027. The project involves converting the existing main building into a two-level, interior climate-controlled facility, alongside the addition of several exterior ambient drive-up units.

The completed development will encompass 87,000 square feet of total structures, delivering 70,000 NRSF of individual storage unit space. Total construction costs are projected at $6.6 Million, and the completed facility carries an estimated as-completed value of $10.5 Million. The project development is being funded through Live Oak Bank.
