The initial project cost $2.5 Million. Storage Builders has since performed multiple expansions at this facility, including the conversion of an adjacent “annex” property at 3600 S. MLK Blvd, which was completed in 2025. Total expansion costs amounted to $5 Million. The property now features 1,060 interior climate-controlled and ambient drive-up exterior units across 110,000 Net Rentable Square Feet (NRSF). Funded by the State Bank of Fenton, the combined properties generate $1,360,000 in annual revenue and were appraised at $14,950,000 in 2024.
