Developed over a six-month period, the project opened in 2004 and involved converting the interior of an existing 16,000-square-foot former industrial building into a two-level, interior climate-controlled facility featuring 206 individual units. The total construction cost was $850,000. Funded by the First National Bank of Howell, the property now generates $290,000 in annual revenue and was appraised in 2021 at a value of $3,950,000.
